Just so everyone knows, iOS 5 has been released, so feel free to put it onto your iDevice!
The released iOS is exactly the same as the GM version of iOS 5.
At the moment, it's been said that it won't be possible to port Siri over from the i4S to the i4 without either a low level exploit or via piracy.
